Description:

Construction of a ground up 8 bay Brake Masters mechanical shop, including costumer lobby and bathrooms, employee break room and bathrooms, and full oil storage/disposal room. Including full site improvements, utilities, paving, landscape, trash enclosure, and signage. Close coordination with the design team, owner, and end user of the space to address any concerns in the design throughout construction. Site had caliche that needed to be removed for construction. Close coordination with nearby shops to avoid impacting their operations during construction.
