Description:

Construction of a ground up 6 bay Brake Masters mechanical shop, including costumer lobby and bathrooms, employee break room and bathrooms, and full oil storage/disposal room. Including full site improvements, utilities, paving, landscape, trash enclosure, and signage. Extensive site and grading work to bring up the site elevation for the building. Close coordination with the design team, owner, and end user of the space to address any concerns in the design throughout construction. Coordination with owner vendors for car lifts and branding signage. Coordination with nearby stores to avoid any operations impact during construction.
