Description:

Phased construction of an interior remodel of a fully occupied government building. Includes removal of flooring, wall finishes, nonstructural walls and acoustic finishes in multiple floors and areas of the building. New acoustic finishes in open atrium approx. 48’ high. Renovation of city council chambers and public spaces. Coordination of public safety and City of Henderson staff throughout construction. Phasing and planning to ensure areas were cleared and occupied on time to keep construction seamless and progressive throughout the occupied building.
