Description:

CMAR construction project with the City of Henderson. Complete renovation of the Department of Utility Services water reclamation lab and operations building. Work completed in Building A & B on the DUS water reclamation site. Renovation within multiple buildings including offices, conference room, lab, new walkin cooler, and transaction window for samples. Lab to be used for water sample testing and acceptance. Installation of a new recessed eye wash/shower station for employee safety. Full temporary masking and safety coordination for operations of lab to continue while renovation was being complete. Work around operating offices and spaces to limit impact on end user operations in management building. New exterior door for samples drop off and fencing/sidewalk added for easy access and reducing the visibility of added HVAC units for walkin cooler. Close coordination with the owner to value engineer the finishes of the building to maintain a very strict budget.
