Description:
Renovation of existing multipurpose court including removal and replacement of existing asphalt and fencing to provide new. New striping for court layout and basketball/tennis courts. Coordination with the US forest service for removal of historic trees for new gabion drainage system to prevent further erosion that would create future collapse of existing wood cabin structures. Renovation and asbestos remediation of existing cabins and lighting upgrades. New plumbing/finishes in existing bathhouses to create more space and provide new finishes. Demolition of existing historic dance pavilion and new construction of wood framed dance pavilion. Includes extension of existing slab and decorative CMU seating walls around new wood columns.
