Description:

Tenant improvement of existing space at the Southern NV Child & Adolescents Service Buildings 8 & 14. Upgrading all existing bathrooms to anti-ligature, ADA requirements. All new plumbing/bathroom fixture upgrades. Upgraded showers. Installing solid surface paneling in all bathrooms. Upgrading the employee break room and kitchens with modernized appliances and millwork. Replacement of impacted flooring. Close coordination with the end user to ensure all areas were safe and all work areas were cleared and safed off prior to construction. Protection of existing living quarters in place during improvements. Extensive final clean and review for safety prior to children moving back in and occupancy being restored.
