Description:

CMAR contract with the City of Henderson. Complete renovation of the front of house space encompassing multiple floors of the COH Justice Facility. Including back-of-house improvements for staff areas and offices. All flooring, court room entrances, public seating, and stairways. High level decorative slatwall and FOH finishes, value engineered to maintain the budget and allow the end users to receive the products they wanted. Acoustic slatwall and paneling in the lobby and FOH areas to mitigate public sound. Upgrades to the basement detention center offices. Renovation of existing public bathrooms. Including all required MEPs, fire alarm coordination with existing systems, and staff break room overhauls. Upgrades to existing lobby areas and security check point at entrance. Full background checks for all contractor employees and coordination with on-site Marshals, judges, and staff to ensure all security measures were always in place.
